Welcome to Tennessee!

Seeing that Welcome sign on the interstate was both exciting and dreadful. Entering Tennessee was fantastic, but we still had to drive to the farthest corner of the state..... which was close to another 6-8 hours. The kids were decent on the long trip. Emilee was a bit fussy, Connor only made a potty stop twice with urgency and the Uhaul trailer only tried to kill us once. I call that a success. We were beyond fortunate to receive the help from Holly and Kayla. They drove our second vehicle, the dog, the hamster and other apartment belongings. We truly couldn't have made the trip without them. Plus, with their impending deployment for year, it was a time well spent! We arrived on Tuesday and began house hunting on Wednesday. It was a L-O-N-G day but we made a few realizations about houses in the area and our expectations. Our house in Philadelphia was officially SOLD on Wednesday so we are no longer homeowners.
